What is beautiful? It is feeling good about yourself. It’s more important to like yourself than worry about what other people think about you. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
There are so many slim people who are obsessed about their weight and want to loose more and more kilograms, and there are people overweight who are happy, feel sexy and live a better life.
Reserve time for you, speak with yourself in the mirror "I am special, I can do it, I'm strong", the most important thing is to be optimistic, feel good and you will succeed, start to love yourself, reserve some time only for you (it's available for men too, still human being, and need relax time).
Choose nice clothes you already have, that you want to fit again, this will help to motivate you, but don’t start to buy smaller size new clothes.
After a long stressy day have a long bath, add some lavender oil to relax you, cream yourself or ask your partner for parts you cannot reach. A cup of camomile tea and tuck in the bed before 12. It is much better to wake up earlier and in this way you will have a longer day than stay longer in the night (your body is tired, you can not concentrate at your best level, you only hang over).
When you want a treat for yourself, better to choose a new perfume you wanted for long time, nice jewels, some make up, sexy underwear, try to buy clothes that fit you, make you look good, not too tight, put accent on your strong points.
Try to be smart dressed, do your hair, new hair cut, new colour, if you colour your hair don’t wait too much for the next paint, to be more obviously your natural colour(special white hair).
Even if you work hard, and a lot of washing up, cream your hands all the time, keep your nails clean and nice paint.
It’s all about "caring of yourself, your appearance".
Small changes will keep your mind busy from eating.
You can have pleasure from many other things rather than cakes, sweets, or feeling like you explode (full of food)
Stretch marks
Cream yourself after every shower. Yes, special stretch marks creams are good but don’t expect that they do all the job. Use an exfoliant soap/shower gel, a loopha. Exercises help a lot to prevent stretch marks, to keep the elasticity of your skin, the muscle will keep your skin looking younger, firm.
Cellulite
- anti-cellulite cream can help, but don’t expect of miracles to happen
- drink over 2 litres of still water
- avoid fizzy drinks, coke, soda etc..
- alternate cold shower with hot shower on the area affected by cellulite (legs)
- a sauna can help, but don’t exceed (no more than 2-3 times per week, better after exercises); sweating gets rid of the toxins from the body and the surplus of water from the inflamed cell that gives the unpleasant look of orange skin.
