Start to do some exercise, go to the gym, walk in the park, swim. If you feel bored and you don’t know what to do and don’t have access to the gym, take a friend in the park for a walk, a countryside walk, cleaning, hand clothes washing, do something to loose energy, to burn some calories, play with your kids if you have them, a game of football, bike riding, skating, don’t stay in front of the TV.
You have to try to be active as much as possible. Exercise may give you some uncomfortable muscular fever but should result in deeper more relaxing sleep. Once your body is used to your new exercises, after a few days you should not get the muscular fever.
Doesn’t exist a perfect life, but you have to see the glass is half full not half empty, try to make your new life as beautiful as possible.
If you have a dog, take him daily for a walk, and little by little maybe a jog, longer and longer.
Try to not use the lift, choose the stairs, even if your office is on 10th floor you still can climb a few floors and then choose the lift, but after work you can go down the stairs.
Example Simple Exercises
When you stay in front of the TV, lift your legs for 10 seconds, 5 times
Sit up and keep your back as straight as you can for as long as possible for 5 times
Play games where the looser does push ups, squats, sit ups .....
Working long hours in front of the desk, even if you don’t smoke, go and stretch your legs every once in a while. Wash your hands and face with cold water will make you feel better, refresh yourself.
Even if you never were in a gym, stadium, have never done any sports, don’t worry too much and start as soon as possible. Find something which catch your interest. These days there are so many activities: aerobics, fitness, jogging, riding(bike), swimming, tennis, dancing; it will be a good opportunity to know new people, maybe new friends, sharing experiences and learn more.
You could lose weight without activity, but it's usually temporary and you'll gain the weight as soon as you go back to your normal habits. Combining diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.
Eating right before you go to sleep will cause you to gain weight.
